Produced in the Mexican city of Tequila at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, Rooster Rojo is handcrafted from only the finest ingredients to showcase the best that the country’s signature spirit has to offer. The tequila is made with 100% blue weber agave juice which is steamed and fermented over four days before skilful distillation. Once distilled, the tequila is blended with water that has been filtered through Mexican silver, an innovative and intensely purifying process which is unique to Rooster Rojo. The Blanco expression is unaged, meaning it is bottled when clarity of flavour and natural essence of the agave shines. Earthy sweetness of agave sings throughout the palate, joined at first by sweet lemon and lime before rising to a warming cinnamon finish. Perfect Serve – Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila can be served as a chilled shot, poured over ice, or topped up with soda water and a generous squeeze of lime.
